Terms & Conditions

Official rules, regulations, and guidelines governing the membership, subscriptions, and usage of the ISPP portal.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, applying for membership, or subscribing to the Indian Journal of Plant Physiology, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws in India, and the constitutional rules of the Society.

2. Membership Eligibility & Approval

As per the society guidelines, all Indian nationals subscribing to the aims and objectives of the society shall be eligible for membership. However, submission of an online or offline form does not guarantee instant membership. All applications are subject to validation and final approval by the Executive Council of the ISPP.

Voting Rights Notice: Only validated, fully paid-up members of the society shall be entitled to vote or hold any office of the society.

3. Fees, Subscriptions, and Payments

Fees must be paid according to the official pricing tier (Annual, Life, Corporate, or Journal Subscription). Payments are processed via Direct Bank Wire (NEFT/IMPS) or Demand Draft payable at New Delhi. Membership is calculated on the official year of the society, running from 1st January to 31st December.

The contents of the Indian Journal of Plant Physiology, text, graphics, logos, and digital archive materials (including PDFs) provided on this website are the intellectual property of ISPP or its publishing partners. Downloaded materials are for personal, academic, and non-commercial research use only.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the society's services, membership, or website usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
