All fees must be paid in Indian Rupees (INR) through the designated payment gateway (Razorpay). ISPP is not responsible for any additional charges levied by your bank or payment provider.

5. Abstract Submission

If you are submitting an abstract, it must be your original work and not submitted elsewhere. The organizing committee reserves the right to accept or reject any submission.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Any form of harassment, abuse, or misconduct may result in removal from the event without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All conference materials, including presentations, abstracts, and publications, are the intellectual property of the respective authors and ISPP. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

ISPP shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused due to technical issues, cancellation of the event, or force majeure events beyond our control.
