1. Introduction

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations and refund requests are handled for the International Conference on Plant Physiology – 2025, organized by the Indian Society for Plant Physiology (ISPP).

2. Registration Cancellation by Participant

If a participant wishes to cancel their registration for the conference, the following policy applies:

– Cancellations must be made in writing and sent via email to the official conference email address.

– The date of email receipt will be considered the cancellation date.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds for cancelled registrations will be processed as per the following schedule:

– Cancellation on or before 31st July 2025: 75% refund of the registration fee.

– Cancellation between 1st August and 30th September 2025: 50% refund of the registration fee.

– Cancellation after 30th September 2025: No refund will be issued.

Please note: GST, payment gateway charges, and any applicable transaction fees are non-refundable.

4. No-Show Policy

No refund will be provided for participants who do not attend the conference and have not requested a cancellation as per the above guidelines.

5. Abstract Submission Fees

If your registration includes an abstract submission and the abstract has been reviewed, no refund will be processed irrespective of the approval status.

6. Conference Cancellation or Postponement

In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizing committee will provide appropriate notice and refund options. The decision of the committee will be final and binding in such cases.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 15–20 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment used during registration.
