Guidelines for Abstract Submission
ICPP-2025
Please follow these guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth submission process.
General Instructions
- ‣ Language: All abstracts must be written in English.
- ‣ Word Limit: Abstracts should not exceed 300 words.
- ‣ Selection: Oral/Posters will be selected based on scientific merit and relevance to the theme.
- ‣ Originality: The abstract must be original and not previously published.
- ‣ Publication: Accepted abstracts will be included in the conference abstract book. Submission implies consent to publish the abstract as part of the conference proceedings.
Format
Theme
- Title: Bold, sentence case
- Author(s): Full names (e.g., Ramesh Kumar, Priya Sharma*)
- Affiliations: Include institute name, city, and country
- Note: Presenting author should be marked with an asterisk (*)
Font & Style
- Font: Times New Roman
- Size: 12 pt
- Spacing: Single
- File format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx)
Content Structure
- Title (Concise and informative)
- Author(s) and Affiliation(s)
- Email of presenting author
- Abstract Body:
- Background/Objectives
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusion
- Key words
