Poster Presentation Guidelines

Follow these guidelines to ensure your poster is impactful and effective.

General Instructions

Poster should be self-contained and self-explanatory, assisting viewers to proceed on their own while the author supplements discussions during interaction. Dedicated time will be allocated in the conference program for poster viewing by delegates during specific session and an opportunity for poster presenters to be available to discuss their work with conference delegates on an individual basis.

Format of the Poster

Posters should be printed on a single sheet of A0 size paper [84 x 119 cm / 33 x 47 inches].
Use Times New Roman font with consistent font sizes.
Highlight text using italic, underline, or bold (max two combinations).

Poster Template (Tentative)

Abstract Number: Mention at the top-left corner.
Poster Title: Prominent, legible from 2 meters, same as accepted submission.
Authors & Affiliations: Centre aligned.
Suggested Sections:
- Introduction
- Materials and Methods
- Results and Discussion
- Tables and Figures (titles at the top)
- Conclusion
- References
- Acknowledgment (optional)

Best Poster Awards

Best poster awards will be presented to the most accomplished posters at the Conference. Posters will be evaluated on design, clarity, scientific content, and the communication ability of the presenter. Awardees will receive a certificate of merit.
