Poster Presentation Guidelines

NCPP-2026

Follow these guidelines to ensure your poster is impactful and effective.

General Instructions

Poster should be self-contained and self-explanatory, assisting viewers to proceed on their own while the author supplements discussions during interaction. Dedicated time will be allocated in the conference program for poster viewing and interaction with delegates.

Format of the Poster

Poster should be printed on a single sheet of A0 size (84 × 119 cm).
Use Times New Roman font with consistent sizing.
Highlight text using italic, underline, or bold (max two combinations).

Poster Template (Tentative)

Abstract Number: Top-left corner
Poster Title: Clearly visible from distance
Authors & Affiliations: Center aligned
Suggested Sections:
- Introduction
- Materials and Methods
- Results and Discussion
- Tables and Figures
- Conclusion
- References
- Acknowledgment (optional)

Best Poster Awards

Best poster awards will be presented based on design, clarity, scientific content, and presentation skills. Winners will receive a certificate of merit.
